I'm back! :)

First let's get in the right mood with some music. This is a Dalmatian band called Metak (Bullet), with their song that translates into "Wish I Were a Shark".

It was absolutely beautiful.

This was the first time I went on holiday without bringing anyone from home. Of course, my grandma was waiting for me there with her magnificent cooking skills. I know most grandmas are great cooks, but I assure you - this is something very special.

And I did have plenty of company there. First my cousins' glorious dog, Shiva.

Looks of a model and attitude of a bunny. :)

And then there are also the humans. The family in the house across the street from ours have been vacationing with my folks for almost 40 years. Imagine that.

Andrej, their older son, now a Uni prof and a serious Anarchist, claims my father used to baby-sit him when he was little. The idea of my dad being left to take care of a child is chilling now, let alone him as a teenager with long hair and acne, and other things that come along.
"But he introduced 'Lieutenant Blueberry' to me", Andrej always says. "And he let me stay up all night."

Andrej, me, and his younger brother Gega used to stay in the water until out lips turned blue. Then someone would come rushing out to the beach, calling them a "bad influence on the child". I'm very proud they stood up in my defense - "That's not a child, that's a human being", as Gega put it.

They are also the owners of Shiva's best friend.

This is Choopa (Fuzzy, in English). Hell has never been cuter. But of course, her one true love is:

Chupacrabra, the frisbee sucker. One time we counted how many times she'll bring you the damn thing and make you throw it into the sea for her to fetch. We lost count after 87. But you just can't get angry with her.

There was also the wine tasting in the village. But I was more interested in the other free stuff they were giving away. Like this.

It's a Dalmatian sweet called Ripped Underwear. Mmmm...

Oh, and I'd just like to mention that I went 17 days without Internet! I didn't believe I could pull it off, frankly. Next year, me and my computer might go stay for even longer. :)

Hi back here!:)

So you weren't after all "in the middle of nowhere", but at a so pretty seaside!

Choopa doesn't have eyes even with the hair-clasp :D But she's cute and so relentless - 87 times!

Those guys sound cool, Gega's answer about the human being especially ;)

And the "ripped underwear" looks awful, but I must believe you if you say it's yummy :P

Haha, Chupacabra has another hair clip that looks like a red ribbon. She's irresistible with that. Btw, her eyes are green :)

Gega's comment came back to haunt him when this 9-year-old got an insane crush on him :) But it was all good fun of course.

And of course ripped underwear looks awful - it looks like ripped underwear! :P
